Before Shipment

Eligibility: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

After Shipment

Once your order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the item, subject to our Refunds and Returns Policy.
2. Cancellations by Bankai
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

For Returned Items (Post-Delivery):
